Some of America's most overlooked kids just had a Christmas they'll talk about for the rest of their lives, and our community of patriotic apparel shoppers helped make it happen.
This past December 2025, America The Beautiful® contributed $14,000 to fund a free three-day Christmas camp for foster care youth ages 10 to 18 and young people who had been adopted out of foster care. The camp ran Friday through Sunday at Realife Blue Springs in Marianna, Florida, and it was packed with the kind of memories every kid deserves.
A Christmas Most Kids Take for Granted
Kids in the foster care system often miss the small things that make childhood holidays feel magical: a stocking with their own name on it, gifts picked just for them, a meal eaten family-style with people who actually want to be there. This Christmas camp delivered all of it.
Every young person at camp received at least three gifts under the tree, plus a custom-made stocking with their name embroidered on it. Meals were served family-style. Bonfires, s'mores, hot cocoa, music around the tree, a Christmas story by candlelight, and a visit from Santa rounded out the weekend. For three days, these kids weren't "in the system." They were just kids, at Christmas.
How Shoppers Made This Possible
Every t-shirt, hat, mug, and sticker sold by America The Beautiful® includes a portion that goes to the America The Beautiful Fund®, a 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to celebrating the people, places, and values that make this country beautiful. When you wear America The Beautiful®, you're not just showing pride in your country. You're sending real dollars to real kids who need a real win.
This is what *Positively American!®* looks like in action. Not a slogan. Not a marketing line. A bunch of foster kids opening presents on Christmas morning at a camp that wouldn't exist without our shoppers.
Beautiful People, Doing Beautiful Things
We talk a lot about love of country around here. But love of country isn't just about flags and fireworks. It's about the kids next door who didn't get the same start. It's about saying, through the way we shop, the way we give, the way we live. That every American kid is part of our family.
Thanks to all the beautiful Americans who buy America The Beautiful® apparel and accessories, the ATB Crew was able to deliver this Christmas. We can't wait to do it again next year.
